Jenkins Receives Udall Scholarship
for Excellence in National
Environmental Policy
Arthur “Joe” Jenkins, a 2015 COSAM graduate
from from Madison, Alabama, with degrees in
zoology and mechanical engineering, was awarded
a 2015 Morris K. and Stewart L. Udall Scholarship
for Excelle
