In late November early December I purchased a chalk board. Not a huge one. It's somewhere between small and medium, smedium should really be a word but I digress.

The point is that it's not too small so that I am not still safely in my comfort zone but it's not to big where I'm scared shitless.

It's big enough that I can make resonable goals that are still scary but attainable.

After you purchase your chalkboard or dry earse, whichever you perfer, draw a line down the middle.

On one side write daily/short term goals, and on the other write long term goals. Daily ones could be: "be more social," "say hi to the cute guy in accounting," "drink more water."
