Losing Pattern

By Charles Martin Castle IV

Well it almost seems like since I was born

I feel like I've been committed to losing weight

And some years I have ton of success

But others I can't get my hand out of the chip bag

Then if I mess up once I feel as if I can't stop

So, I'll eat sweets, I'll eat some meat

I'll start tomorrow I reassure myself

Some days I keep that promise and others I make a liar out of me

Then there's my exercise habits

It seems no matter how committed I feel
