The Shemo family immigrated to the United States from Ohrid , Macedonia , and came to settle to Joshua , where they became the proud owners of Napoli Pasta & Pizza , 525 S . Broadway St ., in 2002 .
Napoli ’ s prides itself on using fresh high quality ingredients and making pre-cooked sauces daily . The dishes are made-to-order . They support local farmers and use organic products as much as possible .
They also employ local students to help them become a better person and teach them responsibility , customer services techniques and courtesy manners . Becky ’ s Cafe at 301 E . 12th St ., Suite A , is another family-run restaurant that made Joshua their home . Serving fresh Tex-Mex , everything at Becky ’ s is made from scratch . They will soon be opening a meat market .
