Greetings Joshua !
As we begin 2023 with grand vision and enthusiasm , it is fitting to acknowledge how far we came in 2022 .
After a relaunch , the leadership of the chamber jumped in to revamp , rebrand and restructure how the chamber looks , feels and operates . Many details such as new website platforms , logo , office and even newly adopted bylaws for our board and committees , we have found ourselves with a stronger foundation than where we started this time last year .
We have curated partnerships with the City of Joshua and civic and business leaders in the community which have led to the implementation of multiple collaborative efforts to bring community wide FREE events in 2023 all of which provide not only some level of service to the community but also fellowship whilst bringing our local businesses front and center to local consumers .
As our partnerships grow and become stronger , so does our vision for the business community of Joshua . We have not lost sight of the goal to provide local businesses of all sizes and industries the opportunity to be seen and heard in their own backyard . And for local consumers to engage in supporting local , shopping small and keeping businesses alive in our communities .
We want to thank each and every life long member for their continued moral support , new members for their trust our plan and vision and to the City of Joshua administration and our Economic Development team for their endless support , encouragement and faith in the work and progress happening behind the scenes .
May this year be filled with blessings of health , happiness and abundance to each of you . Thank you again for the continued support . With love and respect ,
Mary Merino Chamber President
