Ultimate Frisbee
The Frisbee team participated in the Inter-Junior Colleges( IJCs) competition and achieved a commendable 12th place finish. This result reflected the consistent effort, discipline and collaboration demonstrated throughout the season. Training sessions were conducted with a focus on improving technical accuracy, tactical awareness and physical endurance. Emphasis was also placed on communication and teamwork, which were essential in maintaining cohesion during matches against highly competitive opponents.
The tournament provided valuable exposure to highlevel play, allowing the team to develop resilience under pressure and to adapt strategies when confronted with different styles of opposition. Despite facing challenging matches, the team remained committed and displayed sportsmanship both on and off the field.
