Work Experience Programme
The SJI Work Experience Programme( WEP) offers students a unique opportunity to step out of the familiar environment of school and immerse themselves in various organisations, gaining firsthand insight into how different industries and workplaces operate.
By working alongside professionals over 2-3 weeks in Jan, our Josephians are exposed to real-world challenges, learning how to meet deadlines, collaborate in teams and adapt to the expectations of a workplace. This hands-on experience helps them develop a deeper understanding of professional life, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application.
