Mature and sensible , Kirstin approaches life with confidence and a growth mindset . She diligently strives for excellence , putting careful thought and consideration into all her endeavours while continuously seeking ways to improve . Kirstin ’ s amiable personality and pleasant disposition make her a joy to interact with . Her innate ability to listen and be genuinely caring has allowed her to nurture deep and meaningful connections with both her peers and teachers .
Kirstin played an active role as an EXCO member in the Senior Student Council , where she assumed leadership as the Head of the Community Committee . With passion and steadfast commitment , she meticulously planned and organised various school activities , including Racial Harmony Day , Valentine ’ s Day , and Senior Prom . Her infectious positive attitude and strive for excellence shines through her work ethic , serving as a beacon of inspiration for everyone . Among her many contributions , Kirstin ’ s leadership in organising the Student Leaders ’ Camp for incoming student leaders stands out as one of the most impactful . Serving as the camp Overall-in-Charge , Kirstin ’ s guidance and mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping the minds and hearts of the incoming student leaders . Her ability to connect with others on a profoundly genuine level allowed her to effectively inspire and motivate these budding leaders .
Beyond her role as a Student Councillor , Kirstin ’ s contributions extended to the wider community . Her involvement in the Lasallian Leadership Training Camp ( LLTC ) in 2022 provided a platform for her to enlighten the elderly about CDC vouchers . Moreover , Kirstin has volunteered in other service activities , including being a community ambassador for Lakeside family members . In this capacity , she distributed food rations to HDB residents , exemplifying her commitment to uplifting lives beyond the confines of our school . In addition , Kirstin ’ s involvement with “ Love Kuching ,” a cat shelter , showcases her profound community awareness , especially in the domain of animal care and compassion .
