Ian ’ s leadership roles in the 10th Senior Student Council serve as a testament to his ability to inspire and organise . As the Head of the Faith Committee , he successfully orchestrated and supervised numerous events , including the 2022 Student Leader ’ s Investiture , the 2022 Christmas Celebrations , the 2022 Year 6 Graduation , the 2023 SJI Open House , and the 2023 Youth Leadership Dialogue . His meticulous attention to detail , strong work ethic , and exceptional team leadership skills played pivotal roles in the success of these events .
Ian ’ s involvement in the Legion of Mary Refuge of Sinners Praesidium showcased his strong faith and dedication to serving others . As an executive committee member , he regularly attended meetings , engaged in prayer and discussions , and contributed to the organisation of Catholicrelated SJI events . His unwavering commitment to his faith and willingness to serve as a student leader underscored his integrity and sense of responsibility .
Ian ’ s participation in the planning committee for the Lasallian Leadership Training Camp ( LLTC ) showcased his tenacious commitment to leadership and community service . He effectively organised and facilitated meaningful experiences , including activities like “ Journey ,” where he assisted the elderly in redeeming CDC vouchers , “ Solidarity ,” which encouraged participants to reflect on their blessings , and leadership training based on the principles of Kouzes and Posner .
