LEARNING TEAMS
This year , our Learning Teams ( LT ) continued to foster a learning culture rooted in active inquiry . Our Learning Team leaders honed their research leadership skills , leveraging resources that encompassed organisational , motivational , and professional strategies . All newly on-boarded LT Leaders completed the 2023 PLC & CI course ( OPAL2.0 ). Across our three academies , 32 learning teams embarked on their respective inquiry projects and presented valuable findings at the department level . A remarkable aspect of this year ’ s efforts was the collaboration among eight LTs across different academies , a testament to the broader teamwork and cooperation . Additionally , this year marked a significant milestone with the fruition and launch of the EAS team ’ s project .
