PERSONAL GROWTH MAP
The Personal Growth Map was introduced to the staff at the start of the 2023 academic year . It provided our staff a scaffold and planning tool , based on the 4Cs of Growth , to devise their professional learning in 2023 .
COACH
STAFF INDUCTION PROGRAMME
SJI welcomed new staff via three Induction Sessions . At the first Session , the Principal and Brother President addressed the new staff . The second Session focused on introducing the Lasallian ethos , staff EPMS process , and school discipline matters . The final Session was a conversation time for the Principal with the new staff .
