Interacting with the elderly
Throughout the year , visits to the Kwong Wai Shiu Home were organised to encourage students to evangelise through service . Students engaged with the elderly through activities and games .
Additionally , on Maundy Thursday this year , groups of students embarked on pilgrimages , praying as they journeyed from the school campus to several churches .
FIDEI is an integral part of the school timetable for all Catholic students , lasting approximately 1.5 hours every Tuesday afternoon .
Each morning , all Catholic students unite with the Universal Church in prayer by participating in the daily Liturgy held in the school chapel .
Recognising the significance of friendship in the lives of adolescent boys , SJI leverages these relationships to support a Catholic student ’ s faith experience within a faith community during their formative years . The aim is for students to grow in faith and goodness through fellowship .
