CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ( CCA ) & CREATIVITY ACTIVITY AND SERVICE ( CAS )
The YCS welcomed all the first-year Catholic students at the Catholic camp , to enable them to imbibe the Catholic spirit and traditions in SJI . It was an overnight activity in the school which was facilitated by the teachers and senior members of the different Catholic societies .
The camp was followed by the annual YCS pizza party to welcome the new members of YCS and to foster friendship and camaraderie between the senior and the junior members . The pizza party began with a football game and culminated with a simple meal in the school canteen .
Throughout the year , YCS continued its faith sharing activities facilitated by the representatives from YCS Singapore . This activity enriches and deepen the faith of the YCS members and contributes to members developing a deeper understanding of themselves and caring for one another .

Faith sharing was also accompanied by praise and worship activities and different group bonding activities which made the YCS session more meaningful for our members .
We also had our annual Lenten pilgrimage and church visitation on Maundy Thursday , which is the highlight of Catholic activities in SJI .
The year ended with the Catholic leaders retreat which aims to prepare our new leaders for the task and the ministry that they have to fulfil in the following year .
