CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ( CCA ) & CREATIVITY ACTIVITY AND SERVICE ( CAS )
Gymnastics is associated with the expression of motor skills and agility . This sport requires much discipline and skill before attaining a competitive edge . Not only does gymnastics teach balance and coordination , it is also an excellent way for establishing strength , flexibility and fitness . Our gymnasts display dedication to the sport . Despite a busy schedule , they train diligently 3 times a week just to learn a diversity of skills for that one shot at glory during the competition . Training has proven to be beneficial to their physical and mental growth as they soldiered on towards the competitions held on 21 March for the ‘ Trampoline ’ and 4-5 April for the ‘ Artistic ’ categories .
Trampoline The ‘ B ’ division of the SJI Gymnastics Trampoline team competed in the National Inter-School Gymnastics Trampoline Championships on 27 March .
