CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ( CCA ) & CREATIVITY ACTIVITY AND SERVICE ( CAS )
The five Praesidia of Legion of Mary together with St . Vincent de Paul society and the Young Christian Society form the Catholic community in SJI . The Legion of Mary provides faith formation through prayer by praying the rosary and contact work . Some of the work by the legionaries would be leading the daily morning prayers in the chapel and weekly Wednesday mass . We aim to provide a strong community for the Catholic boys to support each other in their faith journey through their sharing during Legion meeting and by attending the various Catholic activities organized for them . The annual activities that the Legionaries organized together with the other catholic societies are :

We also extend our community to the larger Legion community of all the Legionaries in the other Catholic schools under the Immaculate Heart of Mary Junior Curia . Brother Jhunne Philippe and Brother William Caleon serve as Curia Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer respectively . A few of the major Curia activities would be :
The Legionaries taking their Promise during the Acies in March
1 . Acies on 24 March 2018 where all the Legionaries come together to pledge the legion promise to our Mother Mary .
2 . Curia Games Day where a day of board games help to bond the Legionaries of different schools .
Through our activities , we would like to build a strong faith foundation of prayer and work and to inculcate a strong culture of service in the Catholic community to help in organizing the various Catholic activities within the school . The boys found fulfilment in the Legion of Mary despite it being their second co-curriculum . Many boys stayed on beyond the first year compulsory attendance to further enrich their Catholic experience in school .
