Squash
SJI B and C Division players undergo a rigorous schedule of training three times a week before the commencement of the National Schools Squash Competition . The players travel on their own to either Yio Chu Kang Squash Centre or Kallang Squash Centre , depending on the availability of courts . There are 7 Secondary One players , 8 Secondary Two players , 8 Secondary Three players and 7 Secondary Four players .
The B Division players are : Martin Lim ( LE 202 ), Nicholas Sim ( ML 302 ), Gareth Ng ( FN 303 ), Dillon Liew ( MN 301 ), Liew Shan Yuan ( FN 401 ), Brian Lim ( ML 401 ) Joel Koh ( ML 401 ).

The squash community is a tightly-knitted family and the players treasure the camaraderie at each training session , sometimes long after they have graduated from SJI . Coach Gan , who has been with SJI for close to 18 years , is strict but connects well with the players with his unique brand of humour .
