‘ C ’ Division

This year , we are very privileged to have an additional coach , Mr . Chia Chong Boon . Currently , he is also the coach for the Singapore Disability National Team . He used to coach schools such as Raffles Junior College and Catholic High . He had also coached the National Youth Team before .

In preparation for the national school competitions , the team trained hard under the guidance of these two experienced coaches and the support of the teachers in charge . Although the competition was tough , both the ‘ B ’ and ‘ C ’ Division emerged 2nd in the South Zone Table Tennis Inter-school Competitions held in February . The team had put up a magnificent performance against their opponents . They had shown great determination and resilience throughout the games and had kept the Josephian flag flying high .

The teachers had also organised some CIP activities for the Table Tennis team . Where the students assisted in the training sessions for the Singapore Disability National Team . They were quite amazed by the skills of the Singapore Disability National Team . Our boys learned that limitations only exist in the mind . The students also helped out in the Henderson Community Day on 1st August .
