Project Scubillion 2015
Our sailors were involved in the SAF Yacht Club ' s Get Kids Afloat ( GKA ) Programme . This is a 4-day introductory sailing course conducted during the school holidays for those between 7-17 years . Many of our sailors received their head start in sailing through the GKA programme and have decided to pay it forward to those who show an interest in sailing . Our sailors helped out during the practical lessons by guiding the younger ones in the rigging of their crafts , during the capsize drills and more .
