Dragon boating This Dragon boating activity was held on 16 October 2013 . It is held annually as a recreational activity to bond the cadets and also provide an avenue to improve their physical fitness and team work . Such an activity requires coordination of the whole team of cadets and also to have faith in each other to push the boat forward . There were also mini competitions held in the duration of the Dragon boating activity to test the skills the cadets have acquired and also have a friendly competition between the few boats . As such , this kind of activity bonds the cadets closer and also improves their physical fitness .

Senior Specialist Course This Course is a regimental camp held for 5 Specialists in the training section of NCC who are in charge of their juniors . This camp is a four day course which teaches the Specialists more advanced skills to handle their juniors and train them better . |

“ The Senior Specialist Course was an eyeopening experience for me . Although it involves much regimentation , I looked at the bright side . Besides the regimentation which was for my own good , the instructors still took our welfare into serious consideration . They kept stressing that the welfare of cadets is very important and that we need to take care of them sincerely . At the same time , we also need to draw the line between Specialists and Cadets .”
