The adrenaline-filled day , as always , began with a bang ! The melodious sounds of the SJI Pipe Band ushered in the House Procession which signaled the official start of this event . Athletes , trying to be composed , ran as fast as they could while their houses and friends cheered them on . The combined cheers of the houses , infused with the spirit of competition , created the lively atmosphere that was the physical manifestation of the Josephian spirit .
Although held every year , this particular meet may just serve to be a pleasant memory for some of us as Marcian house finally managed to clinch third place , breaking the streak of a Top 4 Placing .
