Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation Message from the Board Chair and President To our donors, volunteer and friends, Last year marked both an end, and a beginning at the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation. In the Fall of 2018, many of you joined us as we celebrated the successful completion of the Our New Era Campaign, raising more than $65 Million in support of the redevelopment and expansion of Joseph Brant Hospital. This would simply not have been possible without the extraordinary support of our community. As the campaign came to a close, we embarked on the creation of our new strategic plan, which will guide us in our next three years. At the core of our Strategic Plan 2019-2022 is our goal of advancing a culture of philanthropy throughout the hospital with the Foundation serving as the catalyst that drives support for our hospital. Over the next three years, we are focussed on three strategic priorities: transformative stewardship, building our future, and strengthening our community hospital. You can see our full strategic plan map on our website at jbhfoundation.ca. Welcoming New Joseph Brant Hospital is a place where many of life’s most important moments occur. And it is these moments that join us together. On behalf of the Foundation Board of Directors and our staff, thank you for Joining the J and for your commitment to healthcare close to home. I am fortunate to have the time, skills and experience to devote to organizations which rely on volunteers to assist with serving the needs of the community in which I reside.
