The second half of the financial year has been challenging in the sales area. We are lucky to have an experienced sales team, capable of handling this situation.
This has enabled us to continue selling around 15 properties a month, albeit at an average price below $300,000! The bargain hunters are our buyers at the moment.
Days on the market(and ours is low) has moved from 70 to 90 in the last 3 months, so the need to price sensibly is even more important than ever!
