Recruitment COUNSELORS
RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS
Recruitment Counselors, also known as Pi Chis, are women from the Panhellenic
Community who disassociate from their chapter during the formal recruitment period.
They act as a guide and mentor to the Poten*al New Members during their recruitment
experience. Recruitment Counselors went through a compe**ve interview process and
were selected based on their leadership skills, counseling skills and their enthusiasm for
recruitment. Each PNM will be assigned to a Pi Chi group lead by at least two recruitment
counselors. Your recruitment counselors are there to be your listener, guide and friend.
DISASSOCIATION
All recruitment counselors and Panhellenic Council execu*ve board members are
disassociated during the recruitment period. Disassocia*on means that these individuals
will not associate or publicly represent their chapters.
