Under the Arm
This is the region just below the arm pit, almost in line with the nipple for
men, and the middle of the bra strap for women.
I generally use all the fingers on one hand. By tapping this general area
with all the fingers of one hand I am almost guaranteed of connecting with
this meridian point.
Top of the Head
This is more a region then a location. The area is at the top of the crown in
about a 100mm circle. You simply tap this area in a circular movement
from location to location as you tap.
Don’t worry about being exact, there a multiple meridian points in this
region, so you are almost guaranteed of connecting with one or several
locations.
