EXPLORING CAREERS IN RACING
The following exercises are to simply help you become conscious of all the different jobs that exist around you . The first exercise will ask you to think about all the jobs attached to the racing industry . Following that is an exercise to help you recognise jobs that exist in the wider world . Whilst completing both exercises try and visualise yourself in those roles and think if you would like to find out any more about them .
Write down all the jobs that exist to make a day ’ s racing happen . Think about the breeding industry , all the jobs at a trainer ’ s yard , the actual racecourses , the sales , all the racing organisations and all the race day roles . WHAT NOW ?
