Trades Worker II
Semi-Skilled Maintenance
Maintenance worker needed for a completion of a wide range of
routine maintenance tasks for the Lexington Housing Authority.
Individual with skills in maintaining building surfaces, equipment
and painting sought. Must perform daily tasks involving inspection
and repair of carpentry, appliances, plumbing and electrical devices,
utilizing a wide range of tools. Must possess knowledge and principles
in one or more building trades. Requirements include skill in use of
common hand tools. Ability to perform minor maintenance in one or
more trades. Ability to follow oral and written communications and
perform moderately heavy manual work. Will occasionally be required
to perform some cleaning and grounds maintenance. The proven
ability to maintain working relationships with tenants and employees
is required. Must possess a valid Kentucky driver license. The successful
candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with
experience in building and equipment maintenance work. Salary range
begins at $29,203.20 with an excellent benefits package.

A leading supplier of forgings to the
automotive market has an opening in its
Tool and Die department in the classification
of CNC machinist. Candidate must possess
proven math skills, ability to read blueprints
and CNC/EDM experience is a plus.
Must have experience with: Die assembly, Die
polishing, EDM Imp. Sinking, graphite Imp.
Cutting, 6000 die block prep and resinking, roll die
machining, permanent die prep and QC Mitutoyo
CMM operation. Must be familiar with ISO 14001
and TS 16949.
Full-time • Direct Hire • Overtime is Mandatory.
Must be able to work any shift and be able to work
12 hour shifts.
Salary depends on candidate qualifications.
