Will have responsibility for providing daily administrative, office, clerical, recruiting and
employment, support to the Human Resources Department. Specific job duties will include
working with departments to determine on-going staffing needs, preparing and posting job
vacancies, receiving/reviewing job applications, interviewing job applicants, conducting preemployment drug screening and background checks, completing all employment documents
required to in-process newly hired part-time employees; conducting new employee orientation,
and data base management of job applicants, assisting with company social events, providing
scheduled switchboard relief, serving as the department’s wellness coordinator, preparing
wellness and employee related articles for the company’s newsletter, and special projects as
assigned. A working knowledge of EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, etc standards desirable. Applicants
should have good Microsoft Word/Excel and office skills. Must have good communication and
organization skills, the ability to use sound judgment, handle concurrent work assignments
and work under occasional tight deadlines. High School Diploma; Associate Degree in Business
Administration, Management, Human Resources plus 3 or more years of experience, or
an equivalent combination of related office/HR experience. Excellent benefit package and
