looking to “shift gears” and join the team in our Berea, KY facility.

CHIEF DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the effective operation of his/her work center or other assigned area under his/her control. Specifically:
Quality improvement
Schedule attainment
Cost improvement
Employee training
Control of operating supplies for his/her area.
Safety of team members
Accomplish the tasks stated above through cultivation of the talents of his/her direct labor crews.
Foster an atmosphere of cooperation and harmony while following approved policies.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
• College degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and diagnose machinerelated concerns.
