Additional duties will include conducting daily equipment preventive maintenance (PM Program); general plumbing installation/ repair and performing maintenance duties requested through the work order process. High School Diploma with Vocational School Certification and/or training, plus three (3) or more years of general HVAC/Boiler-Chiller Operator experience desirable. Should have basic electrical knowledge to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and PC skills to operate the Energy Management System (EMS).
