Tips for Building a

GO GET EM RESUME
With potentially hundreds or even thousands of applicants for a single position,
your resume can’t be so-so. It has to be
incredible. These tips can help you create
one that really works.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
Employers want to see things on a
resume that are incredibly relevant to the
job they have available. If you don’t do
some research and find out exactly what
the company is all about and what the exact
functions of the position are, you cannot
possibly fine-tune the resume to include
what is most impressive and pertinent.
BE ACTIONABLE, SPECIFIC
AND QUANTIFIABLE.
In order for a company to hire you, it
needs to see that you’re capable of doing
something--that is, they want some evidence you can contribute. You have to
present yourself as involved and as a leader
as a result, making it very clear what your
