Day 1: Monday 4 th February 2019
08.45 – 09.30 Welcome meeting to Sønderskov-School by Hayssam Gheith (International
Coordinator of Sønderskov Skolen), Bo Ramsing (Deputy Chief) and seven 14-year-old
students from 8th grades A and C (Sila, Cerkiline, Cecelie, Signe, Leen, Karen and Elma).
9.30-9.45 Break
9.45 - 11.15 Guided tour around the school by students from 8th grades.
All the rooms in Sønderskov-Skolen get light directly from outside and, as you can see in the
pictures, the corridors are understood as the prolongation of what happens in the
classrooms. While going around, you can see students constantly using the school spaces
other than the classrooms themselves!
