Develop Regional Comprehensive Management Plan for the Conservation of
Sensitive Wildlife Species
The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, Seymour Johnson AFB / Dare County Range Management should
partner and collaborate to develop an integrated regional wildlife management
plan for the conservation of sensitive species in the region surrounding the Dare
County Range to coordinate and optimize conservation efforts and strategies. The
outcome of this plan should be incorporated into an update of the installation’s
