Develop a Resource Management Reference Guide Short-Term       COM-3C DCR MIA Issue / Strategy   The northeast North Carolina JLUS partners including Seymour Johnson AFB / Dare County Range should develop a brief reference guide providing information about the various agencies and organizations in the northeast North Carolina JLUS Study Area with their respective missions and responsibilities.
