density. Agricultural and Commercial districts. There is a combined 56 acres of city
controlled land within the APZ II areas, which is mainly agricultural, with small
areas of commercial and residential.
There are 12.13 acres of land zoned Heavy Industrial within APZ I and
70.09 acres of land within APZ II. There are 20.63 acres of land zoned light
industrial within APZ I and 801.42 acres within APZ II. Industrial land use is
considered conditionally compatible in both the APZ I and the APZ II. Low
density wood products, paper production, printing and publishing industries
are considered compatible within APZ I. Low density stone, clay, glass,
mental, rubber, and other products manufacturing are considered
compatible within APZ II. Portions of land within the CZs and APZs that extended beyond the C
