land uses within the Safety Zones. Table 5.21‐3 shows the breakdown of
existing land use within the Safety Zones.

There are 94.08 acres of industrial land use within the CZ, 291.06 acres within
the APZ II, and 49.63 acres within the APZ II. The 94.08 acres of industrial
land uses within the CZ are considered incompatible with the recommended
land uses for the CZs because the CZ should be free from development to
prevent unnecessary safety hazards for the general public and pilots.
Industrial land use is considered conditionally compatible in both the APZ I
and the APZ II. Most industrial uses are compatible within APZ I and APZ II
under the condition that po
