JLL Building a Better Tomorrow - U.S. Recommendation Recommendation | Page 2

JLL CSR Program Hello, As part of JLL Americas inaugural Marketing Leadership Development Program, our group of six marketing professionals from various markets and specialties was tasked with developing a plan to help JLL simplify and enhance its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in the U.S. in order to help us to reach our Building a Better Tomorrow global Communities goal of 15,000 volunteer days by 2020. To put together a thoughtful recommendation, we spoke with a number of different individuals across the organization nationally and internationally that are connected to this endeavor in some way. These people included but were not limited to:  • Representatives from more than 13 local U.S. markets who play an active role in community-based activities • Meredith O’Connor  - lead contact for the Building a Better Tomorrow Communities pillar in the U.S. • Gemma Piggott - lead contact for the Building a Better Tomorrow Communities pillar in the U.K.  • Cynthia Curtis - lead contact for the Building a Better Tomorrow Clients pillar globally • Lori Mabardi - lead creator of CaterCares, the only current national community program in the U.S. • Adam Moret - lead HR contact for Consiva, the U.S. online platform used to log volunteer hours and donation matching • Hope Tate - lead contact for the JLL Chicago office’s Annual Day of Service What follows herein is our recommendation of how JLL in the U.S. can align, and therefore greatly enhance, its community-based efforts. As you will see in our ROI calculations, we believe our recommended program can potentially result in $1,246 per employee in net revenue. That, combined with the ability to reach our goal of 15,000 volunteer days while making an even greater impact in our communities, leads us to believe this is an easy decision to make! We thank you for taking the time to consider our recommendation. We would be happy to discuss this further and would love to be resources as the organization looks to execute any elements of this or other similar plans in the near future.  Regards, Alicia Ford 2 Samantha Lordi Ashlee McNulty Jen Rogers Melissa Schastok  Kathryn Wyle
