Black Bow Test Drive
Edin Dzemat is one of the highest acclaimed chefs in Sweden today.
He has been the captain of the National Chef Team, appointed The Rising
Star by the White Guide a few years back as well as running several success-
ful restaurants. We offered him to take our Black Bow shirt for a spin during
a day in the hectic kitchen of his popular »Brasserie by EDz«.
