Team members Lori Renner , Amber Butcher , Amber Meredith and Dylan Labonte bring unique skills . Lori has been with the team since its inception in 2018 and continues to bring her customer-first approach to every transaction she is part of . Amber Butcher was the top producer for the team in 2022 and got her knowledge from running a boutique brokerage . She is an outside-the-box thinker and an invaluable member of the team . Amber Meredith was the top listing agent for the team in 2022 and brought a wealth of knowledge to the Custom Home Building scene , being a co-owner of Meredith Custom Homes and Inspired Homes . Dylan Labonte has brought his hunger and passion to the team from Maine and is very rapidly building his business here locally .
