Melissa Sanches has been a full-time bilingual REALTOR ® since June 2012 . For her , it is an honor to assist people through the buying , selling or investing processes across North Texas . She loves to help people in all chapters of life as they accomplish their real estate goals .

The University of North Texas brought Melissa to Denton in 2003 , and she fell in love with the area . Melissa obtained a BA in Psychology , graduating with honors . This educational background allows her to ease stress for and negotiate in favor of her clients .
Melissa ’ s story is one of determination and breaking a long-standing cycle of poverty in her family . She recalls not having a place to call home as a child , enduring years of living in shelters , housing projects or with other family members . Knowing that feeling fuels Melissa to work tirelessly to help families accomplish the American Dream of homeownership .

Melissa also serves on the Board of REALTORS ® TREPAC Committee and the Diversity , Equity & Inclusion Committee .
