In May of 2017 , Janaé began her real estate career as a marketing assistant for one of the most experienced REALTORS ® in Collin County and soon became licensed in January 2018 . She worked closely with her mentor , learning everything she could about the business until his retirement in 2019 . Since then , she has been steadily adding clients and expanding her business one transaction at a time .

Not only is Janaé passionate about helping people find their dream home , she also loves to help with interior design . Depending on the needs of a particular client , she can help remodel a home to yield a higher return , design a new build , or remodel an existing home . Whether she ’ s helping them buy , sell , or remodel , she wants her clients to receive the highest level of service possible . Although production awards are nice , she ’ s proudest of the service awards she has earned each year .
While Janaé is very passionate about real estate , her favorite thing to do is date her husband , Nathan , to whom she owes a lot of her success because he ’ s helped her over the years with his experience and knowledge in title and now appraisals . When they ’ re not discussing real estate , they like to travel , fish , boat , spend time at Gateway Church , and take their twin daughters , Morgan and Peyton , to the beach .

KWON
Jenny Kwon is grateful every day that she discovered her dream job . The stay-at-home mom became a REALTOR ® in 2019 and truly loves the profession of serving people and their real estate needs . Jenny is thankful to God for all the recognitions in less than four years of starting her career , including two years in a row as a CENTURION ® . A native of South Korea , she came to the U . S . when she was 21 and graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management . Despite the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry , the working mom makes it a point to maintain a healthy work-life balance . Jenny says her success would not be possible without her two beautiful daughters and loving husband and mentor , Sam .
