The Roger & Beth team are so honored to have been awarded CENTURION ® TEAM for the first time . They began their real estate careers as new Texas residents in 2015 , overcoming the challenge of knowing no one in a new market , having a brand new business to grow and a new industry to learn .

They have been in Buffini & Company ’ s One-to-One coaching since November 2015 . Beth handles the lead generation and marketing and Roger focuses primarily on contract to close , listing coordination and past client experience . This allows each of them to work in their natural gifts and bring their best to growing the business . Beth holds the Graduate , REALTOR ® Institute ( GRI ) and Certified Residential Specialist ( CRS ®) designations and is a member of the Arlington Multiple Listing Services Committee . Roger holds the Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure ( SFR ) designation and vice president of his Home Owner ’ s Association Board .
Prior to becoming REALTORS ®, Roger served 26 years in the U . S . Navy and Beth worked in corporate and non-profit operations . With all the kids grown and gone , Roger and Beth are able to focus time and attention on their clients , their Doberman , Lily , and most importantly of all , their grandson , Jaxon ( and his parents , too ).

TEAM
The Langford - Riordan Team includes Franklin Riordan and Jacob Langford from the Fort Worth office . Both started with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company over seven years ago . They would like to thank their manager , Donny Teis and mentor Richard Grosely .
