Over her 18-year career , she has achieved the CENTURION ® and DOUBLE CENTURION ® numerous times . One of her greatest accomplishments is becoming a member of the CENTURION ® Honor Society in 2015 . CENTURY 21 ® recognizes her as a President ’ s Award recipient for Top Quality Service every year . Her highest award has been CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company ’ s Top Individual Producer for Adjusted Gross Commission in 2013 , which resulted in earning the 2013 Judge B . Fite Award . She also received the Jan Fite Miller Award in 2012 as the first recipient for highest volume listings .
CENTURION ® TEAMS
Daughter , Corrie Rousey , joined Debbi ’ s real estate business in 2020 . Corrie brings her financial career experience to the team , as well as her technology skills . She was the National Cutting Horse Association ( NCHA ) 50 Amateur World Champion for 2019 . Their hashtag , # teamrousey , which they coined when hauling for Corrie ’ s World Championship , will continue to be used for their real estate business .
Debbi is also pleased to have welcomed Nick McCoy to her group in 2021 . Nick brings his knowledge of technology and marketing skills to the group . He has been involved with the Cutting Horse and NCHA world since he was young . His family moved to Parker County from South Dakota in 2008 . Debbi and her team love helping people and going the extra mile to find the perfect property and see their dreams come true . Long-time friendships have been developed from years of working with their cherished clients .

The LG Realty Group consists of Lauren and Glade Smith . This is their first year working together as a team and they are excited to have reached the CENTURION ® Level together . They are looking forward to the opportunities that the future will bring for their growing business .

Lauren has received several awards including the 2020 Judge Fite President ’ s Award for CENTURION ® Producer Production and Quality Service Pinnacle Status . She has also received the Judge Fite Rookie of the Year Award in 2018 , several CENTURY 21 ® Quality Service Awards , the Most Helpful Agent and the Spirit Award for the Midlothian Regional Office , a Masters Ruby Award , and a CENTURY 21 ® Quality Service Pinnacle Award .
