FRANK

Jennifer Frank worked as an accounting manager at a local food company for 17 years . She wanted desperately to change her life and in 2018 , Jennifer signed up for real estate school and got her license . She often worried about failing and was afraid of taking such a risk , but the real risk was not trying anything at all . It was the best decision she ever made .
In June of 2018 , Jennifer joined the Judge Fite family . She received THE best training and learned from the very best agents in the Fort Worth office . She found her niche in door knocking , ( which may or may not have included climbing fences and sneaking in through gates in her car ) and within three years , became a top producing agent , achieved Masters Diamond in 2020 and earned her spot in 360 West Magazine as a Best Realtor and Top Producer in 2020 and 2021 .
CENTURIONS ®
Jennifer can ’ t imagine doing anything else with her life . She especially loves helping new agents in her office and has been an active mentor . She wants every new agent to know that if you want something bad enough , and work really hard , you can achieve your goals .
Her advice to those who are new to the profession is , “ Don ’ t quit . Don ’ t give up on your dreams . Don ’ t be afraid to try AND fail . Everything you want is on the other side of fear !”

Jenny is thankful every day for discovering her dream job . The stay-at-home mom turned REALTOR ® truly loves the profession of serving people and their real estate needs . That passion quickly translated into success as she earned Rookie of the Year 2020 , Masters Ruby 2021 , Quality Service Pinnacle Producer 2021 and now the CENTURION ® Award 2022 and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer 2022 . She is thankful to God for all of these recognitions in less than three years of starting her career . This South Korea native who came to the U . S . when she was 21 and graduated from University of Houston with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management . With an eye for home décor and love for cooking , Jenny has always been considered the Joanna Gaines among her circle of friends . Despite the fastpaced nature of the real estate business , this working mom makes it a point to maintain a healthy worklife balance . She says her success would not have been possible without her two beautiful daughters ( sixth-grader Chloe and second-grader Bailey ) and loving husband and mentor , Sam . She also thanks her manager , Barbara Ratliff for gladly taking even those late night calls . Jenny values spending time with her family and friends , volunteering at church and being an active member of the community . She is excited to grow as a REALTOR ® and serve people in a meaningful way .
