In one of its most futuristic interpretations of the iconic Carrera yet, the motor-sports inspired Tag Heuer Carrera CMC Concept is made from the same space-age carbon composite pioneered in Formula One and the aerospace industry. Super light and unbelievably resilient, the piece is inspired by the award-winning Carrera Mikrogirder, and shares the Mikrogirder’ s distinctive asymmetrical“ bullhead” case with base horns design. The crown and chronograph pushers are mounted at 12 o’ clock, like a classic stopwatch, the extremely complicated miniaturized manufacturing process of which is a first for the watch making industry. www. tagheuer. com
