J. Eur. Opt. Society-Rapid Publ. 22, 52( 2026) 515 voltage-dependent short-circuit current density underestimation up to 2.75 %. The proposed methodology requires an expensive spectrometer, but offers an easy in-situ implementation, providing spectral measurements for each flash hitting the DUT. Results in this work suggest to extend the measurement range further into the infrared region, as infrared spectra at higher supply voltages could differ even more from the lower supply voltages ones.
