Preslov Chov

Hi! My name is Prelsor Chov. I am a Cambodian student studying Business Administration at Kindai University. In June, I got a chance to join JEMUN 2017 as a social media journalist. Studying business, I had never expected myself to be a journalist, so it was definitely a new challenge for me. However, with my professional and very helpful advisor, I could manage to do my work pretty well. JEMUN is a really practical learning opportunity.

I found that participating in JEMUN as a Committee Room Chair was an incredible experience and one of my favourite experiences at University. Meeting people from all over the world to form friendships, discuss political issues and work towards common goals is very rewarding. JEMUN is so much fun, it is organised well and brings many opportunities to practice our speaking skills and diplomacy skills. I hope you can attend JEMUN and enjoy it as much as I did!

JEMUN was one of the most educational moments in my life! It was my first time being in charge of such a large group of people. Fortunately, our meeting room was blessed with great colleagues, advisors and of course all the motivated delegates. I hope to see everyone again next year!

What did the participants think of JEMUN 2017?

JEMUN Reflections

The best part of JEUMN is meeting a lot of international students. They had their own ideas which inspired me in a lot of ways. I could improve my ideas after they showed their ideas and that’s how we made our model with LEGO. This experience definitely expanded my view.
