Jeffersonville outlasts No. 1 Fishers 67-66 in overtime for 2nd state championship
Simply put, it was the greatest game ever played in the 120- year history of Jeffersonville basketball.
On paper the sixth-ranked Red Devils were big underdogs to No. 1 Fishers, which entered the Class 4A state championship game ranked eighth nationally and riding a 43-game win streak. However, that didn’ t bother Jeff one bit.

Led by Tre Singleton’ s game-high 26 points, the Devils defeated the previously-unbeaten and defending state champion Tigers 67-66 in overtime to claim its second title March 29 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
