� Procure and appoint sub-contractors to carry out fitout works
� Complete project management from start to finish , including liaising with furniture suppliers , data / IT , electrical and security contractors to ensure seamless integration
� On completion , a full suite of handover documents and collateral warranties from the major sub-contractors will be provided � A 12 month defects period will exist after completion
Typically , for a space of 15,000 SQ FT , allow 12 weeks for completion
