An extensive variety of group fitness and mind / body classes such as Cycling , Yoga , Zumba , and BodyPump are free with membership . For the monthly schedule and class descriptions , visit weinsteinjcc . org or pick up the monthly schedule at the Center .
Aimed at providing an improved health and wellness experience for all members , our Fitness Center is filled with a unique variety of people and purposes . With our state-of-the-art fitness and strength equipment , friendly personal trainers and an extensive array of group exercise and mind / body classes , our Fitness Center helps to motivate , inspire and keep members of all ages and fitness levels feeling their best .
Tai Chi
Instructor : P ’ Nut Somboon Ages : 18 + 8-week session
This program is for anyone who wants to improve their physical , emotional , and spiritual balance . No experience necessary . Based on Yang Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong , this class is easy on your joints and has an emphasis on balance , agility , breathing and inner peacefulness . No equipment or special gear required — just comfortable clothes .

Women ’ s Wellness
Instructor : Katie Brown Ages : 18 + 8-week session
Do you want to feel better physically , mentally , and emotionally ? Set goals and reach them in this motivating class . You will see results ! You will feel better ! This 8-week session meets twice a week for high intensity workouts that are customized to each person ’ s fitness ability . Fitness and body assessments will be performed at start and end of the session to show how much you have improved . Class will be livestreamed for those who would like to take these classes in the comfort of their own home .

Yoga for Parkinson ’ s Gentle Flow Chair Yoga
Instructor : Kate Roberts Ages : 18 + 8-week session
Yoga for Parkinson ’ s Gentle Flow Chair Yoga focuses on chair-based yoga sequences designed to encourage gentle mobility , breath control , strength , flexibility , and balance . Class includes both seated and standing postures using a chair for support . This class does not involve transitions to and from the floor .
