Small Group Training at The WELL – September-December
Get your workout therapy at The WELL ! Fullbody workouts designed to build strength and endurance , using the energy of the group and the expertise of certified instructors to maximize your results .
The WELL offers 4 styles :
Basic Training : Bodyweight training to gain strength , agility and improve your overall fitness . Perfect way to start your day and cross-train for running , swimming and sports seasons .
Strength : Whole body strength training using Kettlebells and TRX to develop balance , flexibility , and core stability .
Performance : High intensity interval training sessions that will mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and group style classes .
